Trying to make a PUBG Minecraft server

So I’m trying to make a PUBG server in Minecraft for a few friends and I’m wondering which plugins I should use:

Things I would like to achieve if possible:

  1. I want to create a map with a border, If possible I want to create a big island they can all fight on so the water will be the border.
  2. Recreate the blue death ring that comes in, It’s okay if it doesn’t move in slowly it can just jump in after an allotted time.
  3. Have an indicator on a minimap to show people where the blue ring is and where it’s heading to.
  4. A server side Minimap so people don’t have to install one themselves
  5. Have a spectator mode for myself (the gamemaker) and anyone who is killed.
  6. Place random chests around the map with randomised things in them for the players to find.

Please could you link me to the kind of plugins I will need and any tutorials to make my life easier.

Also keep in mind that I don’t mind if all of these can’t be done and if the chest thingy can only be done by hand

There’s no native minimap in Minecraft. Alternative could be a regular map in the off-hand, but it’s shaking like crazy when running by default, users will have to disable this in settings.
The rest sounds like Hunger Games.

if I could get the ring indicator to work on the default held map that would be awesome

Also any idea where to get plugins for any of this??

You could optionally make them yourself? I doubt you’d get a few plugins to achieve this, you’d probably have to develop a tailored solution to what you wish to make.
