Which plugin would you recommend to protect only server constructions?

I’m looking for a plugin or plugins with which I can protect constructions made by the admins (like the lobby for example), but without the players being able to protect their houses.

I’m practically looking for a plugin to protect only things on the server, where players can’t break, can’t place blocks, can’t spawn mobs, but can interact with doors for example.

(I’m trying to replace ForgeEssentials, but I don’t know how)

Most area protection systems that accept flags will do the job. Something like RedProtect or GeiefPrevention.
