Hi! I run a 1.7.10 Forge server and use a couple of mods that haven’t been (and won’t be) updated to 1.8. I was wondering if Sponge is going to be for 1.7.10? I have the dev build for it right now but now I noticed that it’s gone. Thanks!
Short answer:

Long answer:
As 1.7.10 is already outdated, Sponge tries to focus on the current (and future) MC versions. The Sponge old 1.7.10 alpha is obsolete and won’t work with Sponge plugins properly as it’s lacking API features and is missing a lot of implementation. It was removed to avoid confusion. Sponge was build against 1.7.10 in the very beginning as Forge wasn’t available for 1.8 back then.
