Will ore have an api like curseforge has? So you can do thinks like: Request info about a plugin (downloads, files), auto-updaters etc?

Yes, that was decided on some time ago.

I also believe Ore will make it possible for the ‘apt-get’ style plugin downloading suggested long ago. Here’s some links:

Ore will be consumable as a maven repository (this opens up A LOT of doors and makes everything generally easier), and will eventually provide a BukGet-like API later down the road.

Will there be a REST API as well? I find those easier to work with.
