主要功能
- [x] 玩家可以使用指令查看受管理的掉落物
- [x] 玩家可以使用指令拾取属于自己的掉落物
- [x] 掉落物保护（避免受管理的指定掉落物在一定时间内被扫地插件清理）
- [x] 自定义返回的消息
- [x] 可以限制每个用户不同的掉落物追踪上限
- [ ] 自动拾取（设定某些物品在掉落时可以在一定时间后自动拾取）
- [ ] 给所有功能设定Cost
- [ ] 战利品箱子（可以选择玩家自己的箱子作为掉落物的存放点)
