1.9.4 block capture problem with Tinker's Construct and Forestry

I threw TC explosives to the ground and got some normal drops.
But terrain have no change. Meanwhile the server spams for a time(see picture).

This also happens to many automation block change functions of Forestry mod. Such as the auto farm. But bees can plant flower normaly with this issue popup, not a spam.

Today I’ve discovered, that if I drop an instrument (like pickaxe) from mod “Tinkers’ Construct” (latest possible for 1.8.9) it doesn’t really drop, but it clones itself and a copy of it drops, when original stays in hands.
