Had to restart my pc then cam back to launch server and this happened.
Looks like your level_sponge.dat file might have been corrupted? Did you stop the server before you restarted - not doing so can break things both for Sponge and for vanilla Minecraft.
yes i did stop the server before restarting my pc. the reason why i restarted it was my graphics card crashed and when i tried to launch pixelmon it told me my graphics didnt meet the requirements
