Iām pretty sure they are doing that, otherwise my users wouldnāt be able to do a lot of things.
I have permissions set for a bunch of plugins and those all work fineā¦
The issue persists, claimflags are reset upon restart 
On top of that, sometimes people are even able to build and break stuff in adminclaims
Any ideas?
Try testing in a clean setup with only sponge, GP, and PEX.
Hey We are having issues with players being able to claim beyond their capacity of claim blocks.
for example a player managed to claim up to 20,000 blocks, Upon checking his total he is on -17,900 (or something to that effect) is there any way to resolve this? I have read through the comments from start to finish and could not find an answer. Could it be something to do with the file directories the grief prevention data is being stored in?

I was just reporting on what you said to me. Is it still nessasary to report? I only stated that those commands didnāt need work because I thought I was doing something wrong.
What Iām trying to do is to allow players to hook a PokĆ©mon using a fishing rod.

How do i allow default players to use puxelmon npc shops placed on gr admin claim? I figured out container trust and accesstrust but that doesnt fix what i am trying to do.
How would I make it so people canāt use commands in a specific admin claim but they can use them in a different admin claim? Would that be possible?

I just setup PEX and GP on Spongeforgeā¦ (Versions: 131, 35, 1595) and now Iām getting the message āYou donāt have a wilderness Administratorās permission to use that.ā on whichever action I try to perform outside of claimsā¦ am I missing any permissions or something like that?
You need the permission āgriefprevention.admin.claim.wildernessā. Remember, ā/pex debugā is your friend.

Youāre not supposed to give that to normal users. Itās an admin only perm which allows the user to alter flags in the wilderness claim.

and /accesstrust all
On the Admin claim you wish to allow players to use them on. This does not allow them to use ALL the admin claims, it allows them to use stuff like chests, doors, levers, etc. on an admin claimed property.
