Well, so that’s not a solution to my problem… I need normal users to be able to build inside their claims, as well as in the wilderness, which they can’t because of the stated problem…

No you are not missing any plugins or permissions.
So it took me literally 2 days to figure it out, then i decided to delete all pex data and griefprevention data along with the world data folder, after that i re installed only griefprevention, then ran the server to let it build the files. After that i installed PEX. The command “/pex group default def false” makes all def users not have any permissions to build or do anything. do not use this command i do not know how to fix it. If you do use this command on accident you have to restart, this is the problem i had. After that you use the command “/pex group default parent add group default” if i am correct then all default users will be able to use default user commands. then add in the griefprevention nodes and all the nodes you want to the group you have as default.

I do not know anything about claimflagdebug mode, as i can not even figure out how to allow MYSELF as the owner to use griefprevention claimflags, every time i use /cf i get the error you do not have permission?
Have you tried giving yourself the ‘*’ permission?
i am running sponge forge 1.8.9 with Permissionsex v2.0, with that PEX version it disables /op and /deop and changes config to allow the owner to set up default, mod, admin, any group and any permission nodes i want to specific groups. then promote them with /promote.
The * permission no longer exists in the Sponge ecosystem. If you want to grant all permissions for a plugin, use the root node - ie. griefprevention (without any extra .blah nodes). This should work in general for Sponge and its’ plugins, at least when using PEX anyway.

The wilderness area is part of a single world claim. It works just like any other claim. Users are able to build in the wilderness by default. Use /cf to check the flags and adjust as needed.
You need to read the topic as it explains exactly what permissions you need to run each claim flag command.
Any idea when grief prevention might hit 1.10.2 builds

Using PEX 2.0 in Sponge 1.8.9, i have given myself every flag permission node under the sun to be able to allow me to use /cf but i STILL CANT???
1.10.2 builds should now be available.
Try to Give yourself all GP perms /pex group YourRank perm griefprevention true
i still do not have permission
Please can you help me out, after every admin node i have given myself, i still cannot use /cf at all i do not have permission. I am using griefprevention-1.8.9-1.0-34.jar
On my server, the commands work, but when I try to use the right click with the shovel or stick, nothing happens. Any idea why?
