Are you sure? I know for a fact it does not do this. Are you using the commands or editing the config directly?
EDIT: I checked… it shouldn’t be doing this. There may be something wrong with your installation, or you’re not using the commands. Please use the commands, not the config.

It would be cool if we had the kit also do a command via console. So if I did /kit admin it would give x5 apples x2 whatever and also do broadcast Hey Everyone, this is a test. It does commands via console not via a person.

Correct, all plugins are breaking in .592 and above. It works with .591 and below

Yes but in your description you have it say you can set it where you can only do it once. Or would I have to put a high # and just hope people dont use it again in a year?
If so I will have to put 315532800000 for the starter kit (that is 10 years in ms)
There is an option to set it as one-time.

Must of misread it, sorry about that. Never was good at reading the directions. 
The second item checks for minecraft:blah. Only issue with this is that Im trying to get a mod files location, not a minecraft files location. Any chance you could do a quick fix for .591 and below with this?

Putting Pixelmon: before it resulted in that. It displayed that in console as the second item didn’t exist. Randomly added minecraft: before it.
It’s case-sensitive. I need to know exactly what you put in there. It has to be pixelmon: not Pixelmon: or anything else.
Simple added a second item, which I know I did correctly. Once again, it adds minecraft: on the 2nd items and beyond.
The first item it registers normally.
