Server crash at startup [modpack Sky Adventures]

Hi,
I’ve try to install the latest recommended version on FTB Sky Adventures ( version 1.4.0 ). But it crashes, this is my log and it does not generate a crash report.

I am aware of this fix and have applied it.

Forge version : 1.12.2-14.23.5.2796-universal
SpongeForge version: Recommended ( 1.12.2-2768-7.1.4 ) and I’ve tried the latest ( 1.12.2-2768-7.1.5-RC3525 )

Another step you can take is to try using the Sponge Bootstrap to launch the server. It forces SpongeForge to load first, which can eliminate some mixin conflicts.
