You can get any open source plugin and start from there though.
Hi Whats a really simple one please like to remove or change a recipe or do event
randomly chosen lol, but yeah it’s a simple plugin.

Most of the 1.10.2 plugins will work on 1.11 with little changes.
The Sponge Cookbook has some sample plugins that show the basic structure
