Hi!

Developed as requested in Minecraft "CP" Announcer Title plugin
This is also my first project trying to get into SpongeAPI. This is very bare bones, so feel free to request new features.
Commands to define announcements in-game are not planned, but this might change.

Commands
/announce announcement
(for instance /announce hw to show the sample announcement)

Permissions
announcer.announce for /announce

Hello,
very nice and useful plugin.
Could you add an option to show the announce, when player type a command?
For example:
Player used /spawn
Title: “You have been teleported to spawn”
